Car Parts Express Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver ordered goods within 3 working days, although to give you the best possible price some items and special order items may take up to 10 days depending on stock levels. Please check goods are not damaged before signing the delivery note as once this is signed 'good condition', refunds cannot be obtained for damaged in-transit goods. Product Pictures are for illustration only and brands may vary.
Any damages MUST be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURNS
All returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless not as ordered or damaged in transit) and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
All returned parts must be unfitted and in original packaging.
Customer is liable for all return postage costs.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of original invoice.
Surcharge items must be returned within 1 month of invoice to be eligible for surcharge refund.
Car Parts Express accept no responsibility for loss of use of vehicle, inconvenience or loss of time.
Warranties apply to standard unmodified cars.
In exceptional circumstances prices may change due to unforseen supplier increases, but customers will be informed and are not obliged to purchase and a full refund will be offered.
Items advertised may on rare occasions be out of stock or discontinued by the supplier in these unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given.
Car Parts Express are not liable for any labour charges arising from any warranty claims or extra costs for that a customer incurs by choosing to have done without prior written agreement.
Please check colour match on painted panels prior to fitting for any unforeseen colour match issues.
On some occasions shading differences can occur due to new paint versus original old paint, we cannot be liable for this and the only way to avoid this is blending in to adjacent panels.
Painted car panels are not refundable due to their nature and are special order.
Certain Paints (white pearls) are impossible to match and we will not paint them.
